Bring & Buy evening

Dig out your old models that you don't fly any more, engines/motors, Txs, Rxs and other odd modelling bits and bobs you no longer need and bring them along and maybe they'll find a new home.

I'll be bringing a complete electric power train - a Model Motors VM 24/12 motor, with a Ripmax Xtra 30 ESC & a 7.2V 2000mAh NiCd battery pack (C size cells), a GWS Tigermoth with motor, prop, 2 x battery packs and GWS ICS50 ESC but no radio gear, plus some other bits and pieces I no longer use. 6.00pm to 7.30pm Lightweight Rubber Powered only.

7.30pm to 9.30pm Radio and infra red controlled electric powered Fixed/Flapping wing and Electric powered helicopters up to 45cm wingspan or rotor diameter in half hour slots.

9.30pm to 11.00pm Radio controlled electric powered fixed wing models above 45 cm wingspan.

Guest Speaker - Barry Emms, model engine designer/maker

Mr. Emms designs and builds model engine from scratch, he will be showing some of the engines that he has produced which include multi-cylinder in-line and radial motors. This is sure to be a very interesting evening.
