Electric Glider Competition - Sunday 18th April - Lawford

Start time - 11am  We have the field to ourselves.

Entry is free.

Indoor Flying at Woodbridge 23rd April 2010

Indoor Flying at woodbridge Community Hall

18.00 to 1930 pm Lightwieght rubber powered only.

19.30 pm to 21.30pm Radio Controlled or infra red controlled Fixed wing and helicopters up to 16" rotor or wing span only in half hour slots.

21.30 to 22.30 pm larger radio controlled fixed wing acrobatic models

F3K hand launch glider competition - 8th May 2010
This is the UK's Eurotour League event. Open to all UK F3K glider pilots that hold BMFA insurance.   Location: Lawford, near Manningtree, Essex.   Details: here - UK Eurotour web page   Helpers, timers and visitors are always welcome, so please come along and see some or all of the comp.

Skills workshops and Q&A

Got a broken model - kit built or ARTF? Learn how to repair the damage and make it look good again.

Want to know how to solder successfully? Hands on instruction.

Want to have a model checked over for airworthiness? Bring it along for an MOT check.

Reading this and thinking 'I know all that' - excellent! Bring your experience & skills and share them with others that want to learn.

Several members will be giving advice and showing you the skills required to make good, strong repairs to fuselages and wings and get your model back in the air.
