On the 13th May coming, Chris Bush, your long suffering Club Treasurer, has entered a 10k run around Alton Water reservoir in Suffolk. He is looking for kind sponsorship in support of the British Heart Foundation. The club now has caps with the club logo on. The caps cost £9.95 and come in blue, a lighter blue than shown below.
The caps are available at club meetings & events.

Reading this and thinking 'I know all that' - excellent! Bring your experience & skills and share them with others that want to learn.
